A small company that carries the whole job
EXPO THE SQUAD Sp. z o.o. is a Polish company working in two closely related fields: organising and servicing trade fairs, exhibitions and congresses, and storing the goods and structures that those events depend on.
Most exhibitors have to hire one firm to design the stand, another to transport it, and a third to store it between shows. We do all three. That means fewer handovers, one contact person, and a stand that is inspected, repaired and repacked by the same people who built it.

What we do
Six services that cover an exhibition from the first sketch to the moment the crates go back on the shelf.
Construction and fit-out
Carpentry, flooring, lighting, printed graphics and furniture, assembled and test-built before it ever reaches the venue.
Fair and congress management
Space booking, organiser paperwork, supplier coordination, build-up and dismantling schedules — handled on your behalf.
Transport and on-site logistics
Loading, delivery to the hall, forklift and crew booking, and getting everything through the venue's access window on time.
Warehousing and storage
Secured, dry storage for stands, display systems, promotional stock and event equipment, with a written inventory per client.
Servicing and refits
Between shows we inspect, repair and reprint. When your message or stand size changes, we adapt what you already own.

How a project runs
Five stages, from the first conversation to the shelf your stand goes back onto.

Brief and site check
We go through your goals, stand space, hall rules and budget, then confirm what is realistic in that venue.

Design and quote
You receive visualisations, technical drawings and an itemised offer. We revise until it is approved in writing.

Build and test assembly
The stand is produced in full and put together at our premises so problems are found here, not on the show floor.

Transport and build-up
We deliver, assemble and hand over a finished stand before the fair opens, then stay reachable throughout.

Dismantling and storage
After the show we pack, transport and store everything, with an inventory you can call off for the next event.
